Vicenzaoro Choice, the international gold and jewellery show is at the starting line the global jewellery and retail worlds will be the stars in Vicenza from 10 to 14 September.
Like every year, the calendar of jewellery shows ends with Vicenzaoro Choice scheduled from 10 to 14 September. The countdown has started for the third international jewellery show of the year at Fiera di Vicenza, considered to be the key event in the sector, especially because it is aimed at the retail world in a period in which purchasing for the Christmas festivities begins. Alongside the jewel universe the exhibition’s offer proposed by approximately 1400 Italian and foreign companies will be completed by a range of services and new proposals for better selling and enhancing the products in a specialized, high-level framework.
The new entries will include Pasquale Bruni, Broggian Diffusione, Roberto De Meglio, IGM – Institut de Gemmologie Monaco and Grimoldi Milano, to name but a few. Nor will there be any shortage of collateral shows and events to characterize the different days of the show. As usual the refresher seminars and workshops organized by Federazione Nazionale Dettaglianti Orafi Gioiellieri Argentieri Orologiai in collaboration with Fiera di Vicenza will return, with all of five events for this September outing; and the Fondazione Giacomo Rumor-CPV will be there too with a meeting on the theme of Temporary Management.
The spotlights of Vicenzaoro Choice will also be focussed on the stylistic trends in the world of goldware and jewellery, with opening and closing seminars from the TJF Group, aimed at buyers, entrepreneurs and designers.
These trends are also carefully analyzed by Vioro Magazine, the Fiera di Vicenza magazine produced by Pentastudio, distributed through 500 Italian newsagents, another 1000 all over the world and 50 luxury hotels. Another attraction will be the travelling ‘Gold Expressions’ exhibition which was highly successful with the public at the Shanghai Expo. The idea from Fiera di Vicenza and World Gold Council China to parade the collections of Italian companies, most of them from the Vicenzaarea, in front of a public of 450 top buyers and 87 newspapers from every part of Chinaalong with international publications, turned out to be a winner.
Also returning to Vicenzaoro Choice are the thematic areas already consolidated, such as “Glamroom”, showcasing the brands and designers from the national and international fashion and jewellery world, and “Gem World”, the show dedicated to gems and similar items with ideas and suggestions for operators in the sector.
The City of Vicenza will also be opening itself to operators during the jewellery show with the special happening ‘Vicenza Golden Events’ with shops and museums open until 11.00 p.m. on 10 and 11 September and a programme of events, performances, concerts and workshops on the streets of the old city centre from 10 to 12 September.Open exclusively to operators, Vicenzaoro Choice can be visited from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on the last day.
