Treasures Hangzhou’s successful launch in 2012 marked the birth of an important jewellery marketplace in Eastern China where local jewellery traders and consumers get the chance to admire and acquire high-end fine jewellery from world-class suppliers right at the doorstep.
Now on its second year, Treasures Hangzhou, jointly organised by UBM China Holdings Ltd, UBM China (Guangzhou) Co Ltd, the Jewelry Jade Industry Association of Zhejiang and Beijing San Arts Import & Export Co Ltd, will kick off on 26 October and run until 28 October at the Hyatt Regency Hangzhou.
Why Hangzhou?
Hangzhou is one of China’s emerging cities where the consumer market is showing great potential for growth. These high-net-worth consumers have an appetite for high-end goods, including fine jewellery and jade, not just for adornment but also as investment. “Treasures Hangzhou provides a B2C platform where jewellery lovers can admire and purchase valuable jewellery from suppliers from various parts of the world,” commented Joe Ho, UBM Asia’s Deputy Jewellery Fairs Manager for China.
