The JCK Las Vegas show is pleased to announce a new multi-year partnership with the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) to debut within the Global Gemstone neighborhood at the JCK Las Vegas Show in 2019. Within the neighborhood, ICA will have its own expansive 8,300 square foot pavilion dedicated to its member exhibitors. In addition to the pavilion, ICA will continue to offer educational programming to JCK’s retailer audience.
“We are delighted to participate in the JCK Las Vegas Show beginning in 2019. This important event in the gem and jewelry sector will provide our members a new and unique opportunity to exhibit all in one location in the United States,” says Clement Sabbagh, ICA President. “The ICA colored gemstone marketplace/exhibition will be the destination for retail buyers and jewelry designers to access the largest assortment of colored gemstones worldwide.”
The new Global Gemstone neighborhood will make its debut during the show’s relocation to the Sands Expo and Convention Center next year. Comprised of three ballrooms, Global Gemstone will be home to 200+ exhibitors from all around the world including the ICA Pavilion and Fine Gems. Being consistent with current gemstone offerings, the Global Gemstone neighborhood at JCK Las Vegas 2019 will run for five days, opening one day before JCK Las Vegas. Conveniently located directly across from the registration area and shuttle drop off, the neighborhood will feature some of the most highly respected colored gemstone suppliers in the world.
Fine Gems will feature a curated and vetted s󾿾lection of some of the industry’s best gemstone dealers in a high-end environment. Companies like Sara Gems, Takat, Michael Gad, Ijadi Gems, Intercolor, Pala International, A. Hakimi, Malhotra, are just a small s󾿾lection of the vendors in this area.
Currently sold out, Global Gemstones is looking to expand its presence to meet high demand.
“We couldn’t be more proud to work with a world-class organization like ICA, the collection of Fine Gems exhibitors, and all of our global gemstone partners,” says Yancy Weinrich, Senior Vice President of Reed Jewelry Group. “It has always been our goal to ensure JCK Las Vegas is the marketplace for the entire jewelry industry and this great reaction and comprehensive gemstone offering does just that. It ensures we’re creating a one-stop shop for retailers in 2019 and beyond.”
