n the Salon 1906, located within the boutique at 31 Rue du Rhône, from December 1, 2024 to March 30, 2025, the patrimonial exhibition “Precious objects by Van Cleef & Arpels” presents ten creations and a selection of sixteen archives from the maison which highlight the importance of accessories for Van Cleef & Arpels.

Each of them, by their shape and aesthetic, combines creative jewellery design with technical savoir-faire. From evening bags adorned with bejewelled clasps in the 1920s to those inspired by Indian embroidery in the 1960s, the Maison has, throughout its history, shared its refined approach to the art of living. One of the showcases is devoted to the emblematic Minaudière, an ingenious case patented in 1933, which gathers everything you need to go out into compartments.

Le Salon 1906, dedicated to the Maison’s traveling patrimonial exhibitions, is an exclusive feature that only a select few Van Cleef & Arpels boutiques in the world have the privilege of hosting.
