ince 1996, the Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra has been one of the most iconic pieces on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway. Tonight, the tradition returns, designed in partnership with Victoria’s Secret and created by Jacob & Co., Official Partner of the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, worn by Kylie Jenner.
Valued at $50 million, it is the most valuable Fantasy Bra ever made. At its center lies a singular 75.54-carat Natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, an extraordinary stone distinguished by its exceptional size and vivid color saturation. Across the entire piece, more than 4,410 natural diamonds bring the total weight to 1,373.39 carats.
Driven by overwhelming fan demand, Victoria’s Secret is bringing back the fan-favorite Fantasy Bra in partnership with Jacob & Co. to serve as the ultimate symbol of craft and spectacle, meant to spark joy and timeless glamour. The Angel Cut Diamond featured on the 2026 Fantasy Bra – also created to celebrate Jacob & Co.’s 40th anniversary – brings together four decades of the maison’s work in high jewelry, rare stones and bold designs in a single piece the world has never seen before. Set with diamonds in a deliberate selection of cuts and shapes, the Fantasy Bra is built to catch light from every angle and to sparkle with every step. Assembled from 3,218 individually designed pieces, the Fantasy Bra required more than 1,000 hours of work by a team of 15 artisans to produce.
Creative Officer Victoria’s Secret & Co. are united by a commitment to creating pieces that inspire confidence, spark joy and evoke emotion. The Fantasy Bra brings that shared vision to the biggest runway in fashion and entertainment: a $50 million high-jewelry creation worn by Kylie Jenner for the return of one of Victoria’s Secret’s most beloved iconic pieces. As the most valuable Fantasy Bra ever made, the 2026 Fantasy Bra is a creation that is a celebration of the artistry, craftsmanship and imagination behind fashion at its most extraordinary.
We wanted to create the most spectacular Fantasy Bra ever made, but value alone was never enough,” said Jacob Arabo, “For me, it had to be about the diamonds, the light and the movement. We brought together exceptional diamonds in different shapes and sizes, including our proprietary Angel-Cut, and designed the piece so that it catches light with every step. The craft is extraordinary, and what matters most is the emotion it creates when you see it come to life on the runway.”
“When we decided to bring back the Fantasy Bra this year, I couldn’t think of a more perfect person to design it than Jacob,” said Adam Selman. “I have been a huge fan of his work for a very long time, and he has played a big role in shaping pop culture. I love his artistry, his craft and his fearlessness. Jacob understands that a Fantasy Bra has to be spectacular, but what made him the right partner is that he designs for the person wearing it. That’s what Victoria’s Secret is all about.”
The Fantasy Bra draws inspiration from Jacob & Co.’s Rare Touch Jewelry Collection, which explores how precious metal can be shaped to move with the body like fabric. Diamonds are set across articulated structures that follow the body rather than sit rigidly against it. The Fantasy Bra pushes that idea further.
Although made entirely of precious metal and stone, it still had to behave like lingerie, following the curves of the body while remaining flexible and comfortable to wear. Every element, from the contour of the cups to the framing bars, was developed around that requirement.
Three decisions defined the design: the variety and placement of diamonds, the way the piece returned light, and the movement of the stones on the body.
Alongside the 75.54-carat Natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond set at the center, 91 large natural white diamonds totaling 405.06 carats were selected in six different shapes: Angel-cut, pear, round brilliant, heart, oval and marquise. Ranging from 5.01 to 18.59-carats, all are E-F in color and VVS2-VS1 in clarity. Their selection reflects four decades of Jacob & Co.’s expertise in sourcing exceptional stones and understanding how cut, proportion and placement affect brilliance.
Each diamond was set according to its size, shape and position within the piece. Round-prong and eagleclaw prong settings hold the larger stones with minimal metal, opening the diamond to light from multiple angles; bezels secure the stones that move most; and pavé fills the spaces between. Together, the cuts and settings were chosen to maximize brilliance across the piece while keeping every diamond secure in motion.
The centerpiece is built around three stones: a 75.54-carat radiant-cut natural diamond graded Fancy Vivid Yellow, VS2 clarity, by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), accompanied by two round brilliant white diamonds totaling 11.85 carats. Fancy Vivid is GIA’s highest grade for intensity of color.
For the 75.54-carat Natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, the radiant cut was chosen for what it does to color. It combines the crisp, cropped-corner outline of an emerald cut with brilliant-style faceting beneath, so light travels a longer path inside the stone before returning to the eye, intensifying the yellow. The many facets also spread the color evenly across the stone and give it a brilliance a traditional emerald cut cannot match. In a natural yellow diamond of this saturation, the result is color that fills the stone from edge to edge, without the pale center of a more open, traditional cut can leave.
A stone of 75.54 carats cannot simply be placed on a garment. Its weight, depth and position over the body determined the geometry of everything around it: the setting that holds it, the framework that carries that setting, and the distribution of the 4,409 natural diamonds that surround it.
The Fantasy Bra was carefully crafted around a central challenge: how to construct a bra entirely as a piece of high jewelry using only gold and diamonds, while maintaining its form and allowing it to be worn comfortably and securely on the body.
It started with an original hand sketch in pencil, worked out on paper with the dimensions of each stone noted alongside. Once the design was set, the design team built a full-scale maquette of the bra’s structure using flexible chipboard, cutting, shaping, and drawing every section by hand and measuring it precisely on a bust form.
The maquette underwent numerous rounds of revision before the proportions were finalized. The finished maquette then became the basis for a detailed CAD model. In the digital model, the piece was divided into approximately 3,218 individual elements, from the framework and cups to the fringe and center drop, each developed for its exact position. Every diamond was then mapped into place, but determining how many diamonds the structure could carry, and in which sizes and shapes, required extensive calculations, which each decision weighed against how the diamonds would return light and bring brilliance to every section of the piece.
From there, the work moved to the jeweler’s bench. Each component was cast in 18K white gold by the lost-wax method, a technique goldsmiths have used for thousands of years. The waxes were encased in investment under vacuum, then burned away in a kiln to leave a hollow mold, into which molten gold was cast. Every piece was then cleaned, filed and pre-polished by hand. Working from detailed layout maps, the artisans assembled the structure section by section, bringing 3,218 parts together in the right order and orientation and fitting each section on the bust form as it took shape. Each strand of the fringe is a chain of individually cast settings, linked one to the next so that it moves freely with the body.
The framing bars beneath the cups are not flat-bottomed; each is finished with a subtle knife edge, shaped from the outset around how the metal would rest against the rib cage. The 18K white gold cups curve inward toward the center, following the line of a fabric bra rather than the flatter forms of traditional jewelry construction. Achieving this required a constant balance between comfort, delicacy and structural strength.
With the structure complete, the 4,410 natural diamonds, including the 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid Yellow, were set by hand. The settings range from round and eagle-claw prongs to bezels and pave, each made individually to fit its own stone and its place. Each bezel was placed and hand-adjusted in thickness according to its position, closing the gaps between stones so the surface reads as one continuous field of light. Each section was then passed to the artisan responsible for its final polish. Only then were the individual pieces assembled by hand on the bust form, joined one by one into the final structure. From the first sketch to final assembly, the Fantasy Bra took more than 1,000 hours of work by 15 artisans.
