Paul & Joe: GL Group’s new jewellery licence

Specialists in the design, manufacture and distribution of silver, gold-plated, gold and costume jewellery, the GL Group now has a new licence, “Paul & Joe”, a brand named after the two small sons of the designer, Sophie Albou.

A first range of 64 pieces bears witness to the brand’s originality: this is a fantasy, surprising, trendy and full of fun world, with jewellery pieces following several themes (animals, floral, plant-life, lucky charm, ethnic-chic...), based around 2 collections:

- a collection of “costume” jewellery comprising 15 golden, old gold or silvered pieces decorated with Swarovski crystal and lacquer. Themes are strong in this daring, rich, fun collection using bright colours and big sizes. The articulated jewels gives the feeling of coming to life when being worn.

- a collection of “Precious” jewellery, directly inspired by catwalk jewellery: 49 smaller sized pieces in softer colours, in rhodium-plated sterling silver and gold-plated, decorated with real gemstones or oxides depending on the themes (Owl, Tortoise, Butterfly, Manga Fish, Curiosity Shop ranges ....).

Created twelve years ago, the “Paul & Joe” range has developed and diversified continually : from ready to wear lines (for men, women and children) to perfumes, cosmetics and make-up, not forgetting accessories : shoes, bags, belts, glasses .... and now jewellery.
