Lydia Courteille - Menagerie of sophisticated and precious jewelry

October 2014

Drawing inspiration from “royal animals” as well as the idea of equality, with a whimsical reference to George Orwell’s book, as well as to Marie Antoinette when the French queen left Versailles to live in a Small Trianon, Paris-based Lydia Courteille has created a menagerie of sophisticated and precious jewelry entitled “Animal Farm.”

Often copied but never equaled, the award-winning Lydia Couteille is one of the world’s most creative designers, evoking a wide range of themes, from Tribal Art to Surrealism. The current “Animal Farm” collection comprises ring and matching earrings in precious and rare stones, 18K gold, and diamonds.
