Among the winners announced recently by the Cultured Pearl Association of America for its 2012-2013 International Pearl Design Contest was Nuttapon Yongkiettakul, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Evoking the “fantasy wedding” theme, his lovely “Embrace” pearl and diamond ring was a winner in the Wedding Day Pearls category. Nuttapon traveled to the AGTA show in Tucson to receive his award, and to accompany his wife Sharlinn Liew, who was one of three Emerging Designer winners at the private Centurion show in Scottsdale, as we reported last Monday.
