The new “Love” collection by Annu Chadha has been especially created for the festival of Karva Chauth. This predominantly northern Indian custom sees Hindu wives fasting from sunrise to moonrise for the safety and longevity of their husbands.
Husbands now have a chance to show their gratitude for their wives’ sacrifice with ornate jewellery pieces producing from the “Love” collection that use patterns from ancient Indian art in a range of lavish gem-set necklaces, earrings and bracelets.
These rare jewels, with dominant green tones, use individually source stones from around the world, set with painstaking care to create pieces with a strong symbolic with the Karva Chauth festival.
