Like every year, French watchmakers, clockmakers and jewellers, representing more than 30 brands, are ready to meet you at Baselworld:

• 15 watchmakers and clockmakers will be exhibiting in Halls 1 and 2. This year, the French are putting a special emphasis on watches with leather straps, while the cases are often accompanied by their single, annual or perpetual dates.

• 12 jewellery brands will also be present in Halls 1 and 2. For this session, bracelets are like cuffs and rings are chunky and colourful while sumptuous stones are of course at the fore; the diamond remains a must-have.
• 4 stone and pearl traders will be located in Hall 3.1. The French merchants’ offer is ambitious. The colourful sapphire stands out!
• 2 component manufacturers (glass, springs and technical craft supplies) will be present in Hall 2.0.
