Chopard & The Weinstein Company celebrate the BAFTA Awards 2013

Chopard celebrated the latest collaboration with the world of cinema. As the Official Partner of the Cannes Film Festival and founder of the Chopard Trophy honoring young acting talents in Cannes every year, the Swiss jewellery and watch maker will be the official partner of The Weinstein Company major 2013 events in connection with the most prestigious international awards ceremonies and film festivals.

The collaboration started with an exclusive party in Los Angeles for the Golden Globe Awards, which was followed by an after party in London for the BAFTAs yesterday evening and will be followed by parties for the Academy Awards (t) and the Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.

Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard, driving force behind Chopard’s unique relationship with the world of cinema, commented on the collaboration: “I am extremely happy to partner with The Weinstein Company on the most glamorous awards ceremonies and cinema festivals in 2013 again. This year our partnership is growing and we have the pleasure to have Harvey as part of the Chopard Trophy jury, which awards two young acting talents during the Cannes Film Festival.”

The exclusive after party celebrated the Weinstein films and nominees of Django Unchained, The Master and Silver Linings Playbook.
