This year sees the 120th anniversary of Victor Mayer and a brand new collection for Baselworld 2010.
The message of the new collection is desire – and the promise which is inherent in this desire is the commitment to superior traditional craftsmanship and gifted artisans.
Taking this collection from conception to execution was a long and demanding process. The collection is driven by the quest to create designs that are truly different from what already exists.
Serenade Collection
Blossoms lovingly modelled in gold. Hand-engraved structures underneath multiple layers of enamel. Both colour gradients and contrasts are used to reproduce the beauty and versatility of flowers. The pistils for the blossoms are formed in gold, diamonds and gemstones. Particular versions are adorned with pavé diamonds on the outlines of the blossoms. Rose-cut diamonds and enamelled petals complement particular blossoms.

Casino Collection
Spheres in manifold variations are made from yellow, white and pink gold. There is a variety of sizes and decorations. Enamel spheres are decorated with engravings and paillons. Pavé diamond spheres with irregular diamond setting.

Cocktail Collection
The rings come in three different sizes and are made in a large variety of enamel colours and gemstones. Four diamond-set prongs hold each gemstone.

Soirée Collection
Rings in white and pink gold with carefully selected gemstones and diamonds. The complication lies in the mix of enamels with gems.

Romance Collection
The lockets of this collection are decorated with guilloche engraving, fire enamels, diamonds and fine gemstones. Opaque or transparent enamels are applied inside and outside the trinkets and are decorated with paillons. The locket opens via a hidden push button on the side, springing open.

Opera Collection
Three coatings of hand-polished fire enamel. A wave pattern is created using hand guilloche on a golden base.Fine rose-cut diamonds in loops of the chain accentuate them as finely as possible.

Cuff Links
Victor Mayer cuff links made from white, yellow and pink gold are decorated with enamels, diamonds and gemstones.
