Pandora to launch ’Liquid Silver’ line

November 2009

Jewelry brand Pandora might have built its name on a collection of charms that consumers can’t stop buying, but it’s also branching out into newer territory: sterling silver designs with a fluid, modern bent.

The company will debut the “Liquid Silver” line, created by award-winning European jewelry designers Lee Gray and Mads Trolle, in Pandora locations and fine-jewelry stores later this fall.

Inspired by the fluid and ever-changing shapes of water in nature, pieces in the collection include stackable rings and bangles, as well as earrings and necklaces, all reflecting simplicity and purity via bright, smooth silver.

Earrings such as these are among the designs from Pandora’s new “Liquid Silver” line.

While the Liquid Silver line is Pandora’s first non-charm line made exclusively in sterling silver, the brand has dabbled in the metal with its “Match” collection, which features silver and gold pieces designed to complement its charm bracelet. In addition, sterling silver pieces are available through the “Mix-and-Match” earring collection.
