Mario Buzzanca honours The Giant Panda in its latest jewellery collection.

Thousands of years ago, the ancient emperors of China kept the Giant Panda as pets. They were believed to have mystical powers, to have the ability to ward off evil spirits and national disasters.

The Giant Panda is recognised today as a symbol of nature conservation, peace and good fortune. Probably the most charismatic megafauna creatures on our planet it is s sadly one of the rarest. It is no wonder why the Giant Panda is a symbol of national pride for the Chinese people.
